FanDuel has launched pickleball betting markets on its sportsbooks， ahead of the Kansas City stage of the Professional Pickleball Association (PPA) Tour.

A total of 10 US states and one Canadian province are included in the initial deal， allowing bettors to place wagers and watch the matches live at FanDuel Sportsbooks.

The betting options include match winners， total points， head-to-head and correct match scores.

Connor Pardoe， PPA Tour Founder and CEO， said: “This is a monumental moment for the PPA Tour and the game of pickleball as a whole.

“We are excited to be paving the way in the pickleball sports betting space， and we couldn’t be prouder to lead the sport’s leap into such an innovative industry.

“The immense growth of pickleball over the past few years has driven widespread interest in all aspects of the game， including playing as amateurs and watching the professionals in person at events and from home.”

The Vulcan Kansas City Open will run from 24 to 27 August， with the pickleball markets available immediately.

The next stage of the Carvana PPA tour will take place in Cincinnati， Ohio， from 7 to 10 September.

Genius Sports， a partner of the PPA Tour， will provide live video and data feeds to sportsbooks and vendors.

It is anticipated that FanDuel will expand its pickleball offerings across additional states as soon as the legislation approves it.

Recently， Bragg Gaming Group went live in Michigan and Connecticut through FanDuel.
